The standard clause, (in this case Clause 1.7), “The Artist’s performance under this engagement may be incorporated into more than one separately transmitted segment or instalment of the Programme” is, to my mind, a little ambiguous so the Producer has (finally!) agreed to add, “…subject to the payment of repeats and residuals in accordance with the provisions of the PACT/Equity Agreement”.
