I have a further update from Equity re: those actors held under the West End Covid Variation Agreement.
They have contacted SOLT to let them know that they do not believe that Producers have the right to stop actors auditioning for other theatre work if they are held under the terms of the Covid Variation Agreement to a production.
If the actor were successful in getting the job then release would be subject to the joint position of Equity and SOLT that Catherine circulated on 14th April.
