Hi folks,
We’re dealing with a company who are refusing to pay VAT on a year-long contract. They’ve told us that VAT would only be payable if the actor is VAT-registered, not the agency. We’ve spoken to our new accountants who haven’t seen this happen before, can anyone advise?
