Video Licensing

Hi all,

We have had a client go slightly viral after posting a video on social media and one of the companies showing interest are asking to license the video for an event.

This is all new to me, so would love to talk to anyone with expertise on this. What sort of fee are we looking at? Would it stop her using it elsewhere? etc.
