This will cover the current tax status position for performers and creatives in the first half and then IR35 and PSCs in the second half. Mark Groom an IR35 expert from Deloitte will be attending.

It’s all particularly relevant given the IR35 roll out in April and the confusion that still exists about tax status in some areas. We will also touch briefly on some of the key caselaw including cases under appeal.
