Hi all
I hope you’re well. We have received an option agreement from Wiggin which requires signatures of acknowledgement on three pages from a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales/Notary Public.
Wiggin are saying my clients need to arrange for these signatures and this is ‘how it usually works’ but I haven’t encountered this previously.
I wondered whether any agents have successfully removed this condition or might have any advice?
