If you have have client on this production, Equity has confirmed that,
‘ [merchandising] has not been agreed with us. We have said merchandising is subject to separate negotiation and agreement. ‘
For clarity, Equity notes that merchandising language was agreed for a pervious one-off Disney feature, but that does not automatically roll over to other productions or other Disney platforms.
Equity has not agreed merchandising language for Willow.
