I know its a late one, but for anyone else with clients on Worzel, just to let you know we have got the dubbing clause changed to:
2 The Company shall have the right to dub/ post sync and subtitle the Artist’s voice at its discretion, save that the Artist shall have a right of first refusal to dub their voice in the English language subject to (i) the reasonable availability of the Artist in accordance with the production schedule (ii) exceptional circumstances and (iii) the Artist not being in breach of this Agreement..
