Accounts Administrator

Sayle Screen are looking for an Accounts Administrator to be an integral part of a small team helping to provide excellent accounts support services for the agency and our clients. Sayle Screen are a literary agency representing writers, directors and producers for film, television and theatre as well as dramatic rights in books.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator who is interested in the world of film, television and theatre. The role will be part-time, intended to be three days a week (exact days to be discussed). The role will include:

• Uploading contracts onto Bradbury Philips (contracts and royalties system)
• Invoicing for clients
• Preparing remittance advices
• Liaising with clients on a regular basis, mostly regarding payment queries and bank details
• Conducting a weekly pay run and paying all clients
• Chasing all outstanding payments on behalf of clients
• Paying bills/suppliers and paying in cheques
• Assisting with reconciling our two bank accounts
• End of year tax reports
• Completing foreign tax forms on behalf of clients

Ideally we are looking for a couple of years previous experience in accounts and some experience using Bradbury Phillips (though this isn’t a necessity as training can be provided). The candidate should have excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills. As well as being a dog lover (we have two!).
