InterTalent Rights Group is looking for an additional assistant to join the team within the Actors & Creatives division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse list of actors, directors, choreographers, designers, and artists of profile within theatre, TV and film.

The position may suit someone with 1-2 years’ experience working at an agency, in casting or production, who is looking to take on more responsibility; we are also open to applicants with knowledge and passion for the industry looking for an entry-level position.

THE IDEAL APPLICANT WILL HAVE:
•Direct experience at an agency
• Proven time-management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Strong understanding of social media as a business tool
•A genuine passion for working with actors and creative

TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

•Regular trips to theatre, screenings, and industry events
• Invoicing, diary management and administrative support
•Communicating daily with clients and industry
•Assisting clients, agent and agency office as required
