NR1 Creatives is a busy theatrical agency representing non-performing creatives – directors, designers, choreographers, lighting, video, and sound designers – who work predominantly in opera, theatre, dance and film. We are based in Norwich, 10 minutes’ walk from Norwich Station.

We are looking for a full time Agents’ Assistant. The role centres around administration support of two busy agents, so we are unable to offer working from home. In house training will be provided. Following on from an initial interview we will provide a short task-based assessment.

Responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
• Providing full administration support to two agents
• Answering the telephone and fielding calls
• Client and agent diary management
• Letter writing
• Invoicing and assisting with payments
• General administration duties, including photocopying, filing, printing, post

Person Specification:
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Forward thinking and ‘can-do’ attitude
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Proficient skills in Word and Excel
• Updating our internal database
• A flexible approach to work with a good sense of humour

Salary: £19,000 per annum, 35 hours a week (9.30am to 5.30pm)
Benefits: four weeks holiday per annum, plus statutory holidays, and Christmas holiday closure
Location: Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich. A 10-minute walk from Norwich Station, off street parking available
