We’re seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to come onboard as an office junior/ 2nd assistant.

Ideally, the perfect candidate will be a personable, detail-oriented, and good multi-tasker who is a team player.
Key attributes:
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of clients at all levels.
• Self- Motivated, efficient, with an ability to prioritise.
• Proficiency in Agent File and MAC software.

Responsibilities:
• Fielding telephone calls, accurate message taking and directing all calls.
• Client Care, including and not limited to sending appointments, logging of availability checks, editing and collating material.
• Keeping client information in order and sending out client birthday cards
• Perform other duties such as filing and scanning
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Office maintenance: Ensuring that phone lines, Wi-Fi is handled and in order. Stocktaking for office supplies and refreshments.
•Diary management of Agents.
Helping keep track of monies, invoices and contract systems.

Tasks include but are not limited to the above. This role will be full time and office based.
