Assistant agent wanted for Creatives’ department of busy theatrical agency. Duties include assisting with day to day running of the department, assisting management of directors, designers, choreographers and other behind-the-scenes creative clients; updating website and social media; designing and organising marketing mailouts, invoicing and account management. We need someone who’s great with people, fantastic on the phone, has excellent administration and organisation skills with an eye for detail as well as an ability to multi-task. An enthusiasm for theatre, opera, TV and film; a confident MS Windows user. We are ideally looking for someone with experience working in an agency or theatre environment.
