Digital Assistant – Job spec

Our Digital division launched 6 years ago and focuses on the representation of online content creators like Oli White, Zanna Van Dijk and TheDadLab, and the development and management podcasts such as Elizabeth Day’s How To Fail and actor Russell Tovey and gallerist Robert Diament’s art podcast TalkArt. The department has gone from strength to strength and we’re now looking for an assistant to join the team.

You will need to have great communication and organisational skills, as you will be required to support a team of agents with their clients. You will be a self-starter and team player. You should be passionate about the world of digital, with a good understanding of key platforms i.e. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc. and an interest in podcasts.

We work in a high-pressure environment and it can often be long hours, so please keep this in mind when applying.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Dealing with talent gifting opportunities
– Supporting on talent commercial campaigns and engaging talent with these opportunities
– Supporting across podcast development and sponsorship
– Updating the website, talent one pagers, collating social stats, etc.
– Client invoicing
– Diary management
– Keeping up to speed on digital and social media news, reporting back on trends and new areas we should explore
– Fielding and organising team phone calls
– Wider admin tasks such as booking travel, arranging and confirming meetings, post, etc.
