You might already be a junior or an assistant in another agency or you might work elsewhere in theatre, film, radio, publishing or TV.
You will be excited to take a step up to take an increased level of responsibility.
You will have a real enthusiasm for working with both early-career and established artists. You will be keen to work using your own initiative.
You will have an eye for opportunities to develop people and projects.
Ideally, you will be well connected within the industry.
You will be literate, numerate, sociable, tenacious, upbeat, hard-working and be able to stand up for yourself and for your clients.
We offer a blend of remote and office work at Somerset House in Central London.
Remuneration is based on a competitive salary plus commission share.
We would ideally like the successful candidate to start work early in January 2023
