To provide support and administration duties to a Senior Agent and Associate Agent within an established Team to ensure the Clients receive the best possible service.

The position ideally requires a person with a strong ability to multi-task, with excellent attention to detail, good communication skills both written and verbal, and a sense of urgency when attending to various matters. At the same time a high level of discretion is required as well as maintaining confidentiality at all times.

This role would suit an individual who shows an interest in reading, has some literary knowledge and is interested in TV, Film and Theatre.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
• Script and breakdowns
• Showreels and clips for talent department
• Client availabilities and meetings – adding to Tagmin
• Organizing and sending out meeting requests
• Uploading tapes to Tagmin and doing send outs to casting directors
• Tagmin admin i.e. making sure all jobs, dates and info is entered correctly
• Invoicing and liaising with accounts
• Diary management
• Organizing press nights and theatre invites
• Push emails
• Breakdowns
• Monthly expenses
• Unpaid reports
• Updating biogs, CV’s and showreels
• Starter forms
• Sending out new client forms
• Adding new clients to Tagmin/Website
• Sending out CAN/Contracts via Hello sign
• Twitter updates and responses
• Organizing ADR
• Managing Fan mail
• Holiday cover
