If you’d love to learn more about the world of talent agenting within a small but ambitious team, explore this new opportunity with LARK.

In this assistant role, you will support the Shoreditch-based team, bringing a highly organised approach to administrative needs – from diary management to monitoring news about clients – while developing your knowledge about the discipline of talent management.

Minimum of 1 years’ agency (or production company) experience is essential.

Responsibilities
• Diary management for LARK directors, agents Harriet Pennington Legh and Sophie Dolan

• Updating client profiles and jobs on the internal software system (Tagmin)
• Keeping track of all relevant client and industry news and communicating it internally
• Assisting with social media posts
• Reading scripts and providing feedback
